USE OF SERVICES
By using Surfers Shipping Ja's services, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Surfers Shipping Ja reserves the right to refuse to provide services to any Customer or to refuse to transport any Goods.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
The Customer must provide accurate and complete information about the Goods, including the sender's and recipient's names and addresses.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the Goods are properly packaged and labeled.
The Customer must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
LIABILITY
Surfers Shipping Ja will take reasonable care to ensure the safe transportation of Goods.
Surfers Shipping Ja is not liable for loss or damage to Goods unless caused by our negligence.
In no event will Surfers Shipping Ja be liable for consequential or indirect losses.
PAYMENT TERMS
The Customer must pay for the Services in accordance with our payment terms.
Payment is due upon or before picking up packages/delievries of the invoice date.
CANCELLATION
The Customer may cancel the Services at any time, but must pay for Services already rendered.
Surfers Shipping Ja may cancel the Services if the Customer breaches these terms and conditions.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Jamaica.
